For non personalised items you are welcome to return your item for a refund or replacement.

To return an item please email amanda@thelittlecotswoldgiftcompany.co.uk within 14 days of your item being delivered.

For change of mind/wrong size returns you will be responsible for ensuring the item is returned in the same condition.

Any replacements will incur a small delivery charge.
